I sent them back for a refund, expecting better quality and service, but my return was denied. What made it worse is that the shoes were sent back with the loose stitching cut off instead of properly repaired or replaced. I’ve always trusted this brand, so this experience was really frustrating. I hope customer service improves, because this was not what I expected.
